PA to Department Director
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a Department Director within a successful insurance company. This is a pivotal role working at Board level, where you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the their office.You will join a close-knit team of experienced Executive PAs, gaining exposure to high-profile business activities while contributing to a culture of excellence and professionalism.This role offers hybrid working, with 50% office attendance across the week.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive, confidential PA support to the Customer Service DirectorManage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and prioritising competing demandsCoordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and itinerariesOrganise and support meetings and events, including venue management, budgets, and stakeholder liaisonAct as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersManage correspondence, screening queries and ensuring efficient communication flowSupport Board and Committee activities, including logistics and coordination for Non-Executive DirectorsMaintain secure and compliant filing systemsAssist with onboarding, induction, and wider executive PA support as requiredAbout YouProven experience supporting at Director or Board levelExceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management ..... full job details .....
