Location: Peterborough / Hybrid Working
Salary: up to £50,000pa
 
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our clients CFO and CIO. This role ensures the smooth running of their daily activities, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Proactively manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and act as a gatekeeper for diaries. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Travel & Logistics: Organise domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries. Manage expense reports and credit card reconciliations.
  • Project Management: Assist with one-off projects, compile information, and draft presentations to ensure timely delivery.
  • Liaison & Communication: Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, facilitate communication, and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute onsite/offsite meetings and events, ensuring all logistics and materials are in place.
Person Profile Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Extensive experience as a PA supporting senior leaders.
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Discreet, reliable, and trustworthy with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and act proactively.

Other Requirements:
