PA Team Leader - DisputesLondon Hybrid 3:2 Up to £62,000We are seeking an experienced PA Team Leader to join a leading global law firm in London, supporting a busy Disputes division.This is a varied role combining senior PA support, team leadership and legal operations. You will lead and develop a team of administrative professionals while acting as a key point of contact for senior Partners and wider business services.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide proactive PA and diary management support to senior Partners.Lead, coach and develop the PA/Legal Operations team.Manage workloads, resource planning, holiday cover and team performance.Coordinate meetings, onboarding/offboarding and departmental activities.Build strong relationships with Partners, fee earners and business services.Promote compliance and ensure processes and procedures are followed.Support operational improvements and wider Legal Operations initiatives.About YouPrevious experience in a senior PA, administrative or legal support role.Experience managing or supervising a team.Excellent organisational, communication and prioritisation skills.Confident working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Strong IT skills and an adaptable, proactive approach.Ideally, experience within a law firm or professional services environment.Salary: Up to £62,000Location: LondonHybrid: 3 days office / 2 days ..... full job details .....
