PA

Our superb client, with offices based in Leicester, is seeking an experienced PA to join them on a permanent full time basis working 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

As PA to you support a busy team of Partners / Fee Earners.- You will prepare reports correspondence and presentations, take minutes at meetings, diary management, expenses, deal with calls, screening and dealing with where appropriate, plan and arrange business development activities for the sales team, arrange events, reviewing and manage email inboxes and all aspects of supporting administration.

To be considered for the role of PA, you will have previous-experience in a similar role where you have supported a busy team.- You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, strong experience of preparing and producing correspondence, reports-and presentations, complex diary management, minute taking, PC literacy in MS Office and highly confidential.

In return, for the role of PA, our client is offering a starting salary of c-30,000, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, profit share scheme, discretionary bonus, private medical cover, social events and much more.
