They are looking for an experienced PA (Personal and Publishing Assistant)  to join their dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience as a Personal Assistant, be a proficient user of Apple iWork, online tools and technology; possess excellent communication and social media skills and have an excellent attention to detail. Experience in the publishing industry is an advantage but full training will be given.  As a PA you will be managing administration tasks and diary, acting as first point of contact, screening emails and drafting correspondence, as well as organising and updating files, helping to organise events and maintaining databases.
