The Position We are seeking a versatile and proactive professional to fulfil a dual-function role combining executive PA support with sales administration. You will act as a central pillar for our UK operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day business coordination. Key Responsibilities Personal Assistant Duties: Executive Support: Manage calendars and daily diaries for both the Regional Director and Managing Director. Travel Management: Plan, coordinate, and book domestic and international business travel itineraries. Meeting Support: Attend corporate meetings, record detailed minutes, and track actionable items. Documentation: Draft, format, and prepare professional business documents, presentations, and correspondence.
