Description
- Provide comprehensive diary management, including scheduling and rescheduling appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries for senior staff.
- Draft, proofread, and format correspondence and reports as required.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organise and prepare for meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up actions.
- Maintain and update confidential records and databases accurately.
- Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks when needed.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments within the organisation.
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or PA role
- Strong initiative and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to start immediately
- A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
Job Offer
- A salary of approximately -22,500 to -27,500 per annum.
- A fixed-term 12 month contract
