Salary: andpound;165 - andpound;250 per day

Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support progress in reading, writing and maths
andbull; Lead teacher for P4C including cascading new training and planning through the school
andbull; Working closely with your year group team to share ideas, resources and strategies
andbull; Assessing pupilsandrsquo; progress and adapting your teaching to meet individual needs
andbull; Communicating regularly with parents and carers to celebrate achievements and address concerns
andbull; Contributing to the wider life of the school, from assemblies and enrichment activities to curriculum development

Qualifications andamp; Skills:
andbull; A qualified teacher (QTS essential) with experience in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
andbull; P4C-trained, with a passion for developing childrenandrsquo;s critical thinking, discussion, and reasoning skills
andbull; A calm, consistent classroom presence, able to create a secure and stimulating environment
andbull; Strong understanding of early reading, phonics, writing and maths
andbull; Someone who believes that relationships, routines and kindness underpin every great lesson
andbull; A team player with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to contribute to the wider school community
