This is an excellent opportunity for a Procure-to-Pay professional who enjoys leading teams, driving process improvements, and working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.You''ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of P2P operations, leading a small team while supporting ongoing systems and process transformation projects.The OpportunityAs P2P Team Leader, you''ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day Procure-to-Pay activities, ensuring service levels are achieved and processes remain compliant, efficient, and customer-focused.You''ll act as a subject matter expert across P2P processes and systems, working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, IT, and supplier networks.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate and develop a small P2P teamManage daily P2P operations, ensuring delivery against agreed service levelsOversee purchase requisition and purchase order processesAct as the escalation point for operational queries and issue resolutionMonitor team performance and produce regular operational reportingDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and controlsSupport finance transformation and system enhancement projectsMaintain process documentation, procedures and training materialsDeliver training and support to internal users and suppliersBuild strong relationships with ..... full job details .....
