P2P Delivery OfficerSalary: £60,000 Location: Hybrid (2 days per week on site) Contract Type: FTCThe OpportunityWe are supporting a major transformation programme that has implemented new procurement technology and is now entering a critical phase focused on business adoption, operational readiness and successful delivery through to go-live and hypercare.The organisation is seeking an experienced P2P Delivery Officer to play a key role in ensuring the effective embedding of new Purchase-to-Pay processes across the business. This position will work closely with procurement, finance, change and project teams to support the transition to new ways of working and drive readiness across impacted stakeholders.The programme is scheduled to go live in March 2027, with post-go-live hypercare continuing through to June 2027.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of an end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) transformation programme.Drive business readiness, operational readiness and change readiness activities across impacted teams.Work closely with Procurement, Finance and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processes.Support transition activities leading up to go-live and throughout the hypercare period.Identify and manage process impacts, risks and readiness gaps.Facilitate stakeholder engagement, training support and adoption activities.Collaborate with project teams to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into operational processes.Support the ..... full job details .....
