This is a visible and collaborative role, combining stakeholder management with performance oversight and continuous improvement.Key responsibilities will include:Building strong, trusted relationships across Finance, Procurement, and operational teamsActing as the primary contact between business stakeholders and the P2P Shared Service CentreEngage with stakeholders and support operational alignmentMonitoring KPIs and driving improvements in service performanceAnalysing trends to identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectivenessDelivering clear and insightful performance updates to key stakeholdersContributing to transformation and continuous improvement initiativesSupporting governance, controls, and compliance across P2P processesManaging and resolving complex or escalated supplier and invoicing issuesAbout ..... full job details .....
