We are recruiting for a compassionate, organised, and proactive Peer Support Lead to support our hepatitis C peer project in the Oxford and Thames Valley area. Peers use their lived experience to raise awareness of hepatitis C, reduce stigma, and help people access testing and treatment. Working alongside healthcare professionals, drug and alcohol services, homelessness services, and community organisations, you will recruit, train and support volunteer peers to deliver hepatitis C awareness raising, practical and emotional support. This is a varied and rewarding community-based position involving travel across the Oxford and Thames Valley region.
