Organisation andamp; Workforce Development AdviserEdinburgh (Hybrid)6 months £250 p/d (Inside IR35)We are seeking an experienced Organisation andamp; Workforce Development Adviser to support the delivery of initiatives that develop workforce capability, engagement, wellbeing, and organisational performance.Working closely with senior OWD colleagues, you will design, deliver and evaluate learning and development programmes, support leadership and management development, coordinate corporate induction activity, and provide workforce development advice to managers and staff.A key focus of the role will be supporting the implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS), overseeing digital skills development initiatives, enhancing the corporate induction programme, and developing engaging and accessible learning resources.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of organisation and workforce development programmes.Coordinate and continuously improve induction, learning and development activities.Support leadership and management development initiatives.Assist with the implementation and administration of the new LMS.Lead and support digital skills development programmes.Develop learning resources and evaluate programme effectiveness.Provide advice and support to managers and colleagues.Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing, and organisational change projects.About YouExperience in learning andamp; development, organisational development, workforce development, or ..... full job details .....
