Our Infrastructure team plays a vital role in ensuring the network remains safe, efficient, and welcoming for all passengers. We are now recruiting for an experienced Infrastructure Overhead Line (OLE) Supervisor to lead maintenance, inspection and fault-response activities across the West Midlands Metro network. This is a critical leadership role within a safety-critical electric railway environment, ensuring high-quality OLE performance and full compliance with engineering standards, isolation procedures and operational requirements. You will act as the on-site technical authority, providing clear leadership to OLE teams, coordinating worksites, managing isolations and supporting the OLE Team Leader in achieving asset reliability, compliance and continuous improvement goals.
