OVERALL MANAGER - OPTICAL HOME VISITS London Wembley-based Monday-Friday £35,000+ DOE + Car Allowance An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Optical Manager to take overall responsibility for an established Home Visits operation in London. This is a varied Monday-Friday role, ideal for an experienced Dispensing Optician, Practice Manager or Optical Manager looking to step into a broader leadership position with genuine responsibility. THE ROLE You''ll oversee the day-to-day running of the Home Visits operation, working closely with four field teams to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. The role will be predominantly office-based at the Wembley office, with flexibility throughout the working week. You can expect to spend around 3-4 days in the office, with the remaining time out in the field supporting teams and maintaining strong working relationships.
