Outsourcing Supervisor

The role involves preparing and reviewing management accounts, overseeing day-to-day client work, and supporting junior team members while acting as a key client contact.Responsibilities• Manage a portfolio of outsourcing clients and act as a key point of contact• Prepare and review management accounts, VAT returns, and month-end reporting• Provide financial analysis and commentary to support client decision-making• Oversee bookkeeping and ensure accuracy and compliance of client deliverables• Supervise, support, and develop junior team members• Lead client meetings and respond to queries in a timely manner• Support implementation and use of cloud accounting systems and digital tools• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and better reporting• Ensure all work is delivered in line with ..... full job details .....
