You''ll support clients with their finance function, provide strategic insight, and lead on a range of value-add projects.It''s an ideal move for someone currently in Accountancy Practice seeking more commercial exposure, or someone in industry looking to return to practice in a more flexible, advisory-led capacity - a genuine "halfway house" between the two.The RoleAct as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of North West-based clientsOversee and support outsourced finance functions, from SME to mid-market businessesLead on projects such as transaction readiness, post-deal support, process improvement and systems implementationBuild strong relationships with CFOs, MDs and business owners across the regionPlay a key role in developing and growing the Outsourcing offering locallyLead, mentor and develop a high-performing teamAbout YouACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualifiedBackground in Accountancy Practice or industry, with experience operating at a senior levelStrong technical skillset combined with commercial awarenessExperience managing client relationships and delivering complex projectsConfident communicator, able to influence and engage senior ..... full job details .....
