Outsourcing Associate

We''re supporting a fantastic business in the professional services sector who are looking to hire a Senior Associate -Outsourcing for the accounting and tax advisor team to manage a varied client portfolio, deliver high-quality financial reporting, and support the development of junior team members. This role is based in Guildford, working on a hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and review statutory accounts (FRS 105, FRS 102, including consolidations)
• Produce and review management accounts using tools such as Xero and Excel
• Prepare/review VAT returns and support client queries
• Assist with software implementation and process improvements
• Train, supervise, and review junior team members'' work
• Support new business proposals and client onboarding

About You:

• ACA or ACCA qualified with relevant practice experience
• Strong working knowledge of Xero and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused
• Experience in outsourcing, PE/VC, or a top 100 firm (desirable)
• Interest in cloud accounting and automation
