Outsourced Senior Manager

Our client, based in Guildford, Surrey, is seeking an Outsourced Senior Manager to join its specialist tax team.Key Responsibilities• Deliver strategic financial guidance to SMEs, supporting business performance, growth and decision-making.• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, management accounts, financial reporting and financial analysis.• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements, VAT and relevant accounting regulations.• Lead regular client meetings to review financial performance and provide commercial insights.• Collaborate with audit, tax and payroll teams to deliver integrated client solutions.• Identify financial risks and implement effective controls and processes.• Manage, coach and develop finance teams and outsourced finance functions.Candidate Profile• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified.• Significant experience within an accountancy practice outsourcing function.• Strong track record advising UK SMEs across a range of sectors.• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.Desirable Experience• Supporting high-growth businesses, scale-ups or turnaround projects.• Exposure to fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, or exit planning.• Experience across sectors such as professional services, technology, manufacturing or similar.Benefits• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.• Option to buy or sell additional holiday.• Health and wellbeing initiatives.• Regular social and team events.Should you have any questions or wish ..... full job details .....
