The RoleThis is a varied and hands-on role within a busy outsourced finance team, where you''ll support a broad client portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:Processing high volumes of invoices, expenses and financial transactionsSupporting credit control and client account managementCompleting bank and control account reconciliationsPreparing VAT returns and assisting with month-end processesSupporting managers with client-related tasks and queriesSetting up and maintaining online accounting systemsCommunicating with clients and HMRCManaging documentation, filing and financial recordsCollaborating with colleagues to deliver a high-quality, seamless service About YouWe''re keen to speak with candidates who are: Experienced - minimum 2 years within an accountancy practice is essential Confident using online accounting software Experience with Xero and/or CCH is highly desirable Highly organised with strong attention to detail A team player who can also work independently Proactive, adaptable and able to manage ..... full job details .....
