Outside Areas Manager UtilitiesLeicester Up to £50,000 + Bonus and Benefits Monday Friday DaysAre you an experienced frontline leader with a background in outside areas, utilities, effluent treatment or waste management?We''re recruiting an Outside Areas Manager to join a global leader in food manufacturing at its largest UK manufacturing facility in Leicester.This is a Monday Friday, standard-hours days role, leading approximately 40 people across critical site operations including the Effluent Treatment Plant, Starch Processing and Anaerobic Digestion Plant.The RoleAs the Outside Areas Front Line Manager (FLM), you''ll be the single point of leadership for your team, responsible for day-to-day decision making and performance across these areas.People leadership is central to the role.
