Outreach Worker - Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outreach Worker to join a secondary school in Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire. This role is designed to strengthen family engagement and improve student outcomes, playing a vital part within the pastoral team and ensuring there is a trusted and structured bridge between school and home life. Your key responsibilities will include:Building relationships with families to support students struggling with attendance, engagement and wellbeing.Liaising with pastoral, academic, SEND, and safeguarding teams to deliver tailored support plans.Helping families understand school processes and how to best support their child. Who we''re looking for:Someone with excellent inter-personal and communication skills.The ability to work with sensitivity, empathy, and patience.Prior experience working with young people is helpful but not essential - training will be provided.A genuine passion for supporting young people and families.
