We also support employers across a range of sectors when they need to source public safety and enterprise security skills and experience.Make a Difference Every DayWe are looking for two dedicated Outreach Workers to join a specialist domestic abuse support service in Coventry.This is an opportunity to provide high-quality, specialist and proactive support to women and children affected by domestic abuse. You will manage your own caseload, provide one-to-one support and advocacy, and work closely with community and statutory services to help women access the support they need.The role will involve working within the community, developing relationships with partner organisations and helping to improve access to domestic abuse services.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and CaseworkProvide high-quality casework, one-to-one support and advice to women who are or have experienced domestic abuse.Undertake regular risk and needs assessments and develop appropriate safety plans.Develop, implement and regularly review Individual Support Plans (ISPs) with service users.Provide practical, emotional and advocacy support.Identify individual needs and make ..... full job details .....
