The position operates on a temporary basis and involves delivering services both from the office and directly at client locations.Key Requirements:Valid business car insuranceActive DV clearanceConsistent access to a personal vehicleKey Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of rough sleepers and single homeless applicants, ensuring support needs are met and clients can sustain tenancies.Collaborate with teams like RAMPH to assess needs and guide clients to appropriate services.Act as the main contact for allocated individuals, maintaining records and reporting data.Create tailored action plans with coordinators to secure suitable housing and support.Liaise with welfare departments to ensure benefit access.Support homelessness applications through close coordination with relevant teams.About you:Understanding of key homelessness legislation and housing-related benefitsExperience working directly with people in high-stress situationsAwareness of diverse needs across Harrow''s communitiesClear, calm communication and strong interpersonal skillsEffective negotiation ..... full job details .....
