This is a vital, full-time role working five days a week. You will be delivering targeted, 1:1 interventions with students from mainstream secondary schools. Your primary objective will be to provide the necessary behavioural, emotional, and academic support to engage these young people and ultimately avoid permanent exclusion . You will act as the bridge between mainstream education and alternative provision, working on-site, in schools, and occasionally in community settings to re-engage students who are at risk of falling out of the education system.
