As an SEN Tutor, you will create, plan and deliver tailored English and Maths lessons that meet the individual needs of each learner. You will support pupils to bridge gaps in their education, improve engagement, build confidence, and achieve their academic goals. Many of the students supported through this role may have been out of education for a period of time and may present with needs such as Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, Dyslexia . Your role will be to re-engage them with learning and provide structure, encouragement, and consistency through personalised tuition.
