Spencer Clarke Tutors is seeking an experienced and dedicated Outreach Tutor to support a student with complex needs in the Stockton-on-Tees area.

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled tutor who can provide personalised, one-to-one tuition tailored to the student''s individual learning needs. Sessions may take place in the student''s home or at a local library, so applicants must be confident working in community-based settings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years'' tutoring or teaching experience
• Experience supporting students with complex needs
• Strong ability to adapt lessons and learning strategies to meet individual requirements
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Patient, professional, and reliable approach

Essential Criteria

• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)
• Right to work in the UK
• Comfortable delivering tuition in students'' homes and local libraries

Pay

-2730 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.
