Outreach Tutor - Barnet - 30- 35 per hourWe are currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Outreach Tutor to support students in their homes across Barnet. This is a rewarding opportunity to work on a 1:1 basis with pupils who require additional support outside of a mainstream school setting.The Role: As an Outreach Tutor, you will deliver tailored sessions to students in their homes, supporting their academic progress and engagement with learning. You will be working with pupils who may have SEN, SEMH needs, or who are currently out of education, requiring a flexible and patient approach.Key Responsibilities:Deliver 1:1 tailored tuition sessions in students'' homesAdapt lessons to meet individual learning needs and abilitiesSupport students with SEN, SEMH, or those out of educationBuild strong, positive relationships to encourage engagementMonitor progress and provide feedback to relevant professionalsMaintain a safe and professional working environmentThe Ideal Candidate:Experience working as a Tutor, Teacher, or SEN specialistStrong understanding of SEN and/or SEMH needsPatient, adaptable, and resilient approachExcellent communication and engagement skillsMust be a driver with access to a vehicleThe Role Offers:Competitive hourly rate of 30- 35Flexible working opportunitiesA highly rewarding role making a real differenceOngoing support from a dedicated teamIf you are passionate about supporting students outside of the classroom and want a flexible, impactful ..... full job details .....
