In this role, you will create and deliver bespoke lessons aimed at bridging learning gaps, boosting confidence, and helping students reconnect with education. Many of the pupils you support may have been away from mainstream education for some time, so a patient, adaptable, and encouraging approach is essential. Position Details Location - Cambridge Position - 1:1 Outreach Tutor Start date - ASAP End date (if applicable) - N/A Full time/part time - Part time and full time depending on availability Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate -25 per hour Key Responsibilities Complete baseline assessments with the student to understand their individual needs. Plan and deliver tutoring sessions which have been tailored to their needs. Provide support in core subjects including Maths, English and Science. Build the students confidence, and encourage independence and positive study habits. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/carers where required.... Contract
