In this role, you will plan and deliver tailored lessons designed to close learning gaps, build confidence, and help pupils re-engage with their education. Many of the young people you will support have been out of formal schooling for a period of time, so patience, encouragement, and a flexible teaching approach are essential. This role is ideal for experienced teachers or tutors who are looking to step away from the traditional classroom and focus on meaningful, individual support.
