The learners you support may be experiencing barriers to mainstream education, awaiting a school placement or accessing alternative provision. Your role will be to deliver engaging tuition while developing a positive relationship with the learner and helping them re-engage with education. Every programme is tailored to the individual, making this a varied and rewarding role.
