The Opportunity We are seeking committed and experienced Outreach Tutors to provide personalised 1:1 educational support to children and young people who require an alternative approach to education. The learners may be out of education, awaiting a school placement or experiencing difficulties engaging with mainstream education. The role involves delivering tuition whilst building a positive relationship with the learner, encouraging confidence and helping them re-engage with education.
