Many of the students supported have SEND and SEMH, so require tailored academic, social, and emotional support to help them engage positively with learning. This role is well suited to a tutor who adopts a calm, structured, and student-centred approach, and who can work collaboratively with families, schools, and external professionals to support young peoples progress and wellbeing.
