We are now recruiting experienced SEND Tutors, Outreach Educators, Behaviour Mentors and Alternative Provision staff to support children and young people who are currently unable to access mainstream education. This role involves supporting learners with a range of additional needs, including ASD/autism, ADHD, SEMH, EBSA (Emotionally Based School Avoidance), anxiety, trauma-related needs, EHCPs, school refusal and disengagement from education. Provision is delivered through flexible outreach models, including home-based tuition, community-based support, online learning and blended delivery. Many learners require therapeutic and relationship-led engagement before formal academic learning can begin.
