This role is designed for an educator who understands that for some students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs or Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), the classroom isn''t always the starting point for success.You will be working with students who are currently disengaged from education, providing high-quality 1:1 teaching in community settings, alternative provisions, or their homes to transition them back into a school environment.The RoleBespoke Curriculum: Plan and deliver individualised learning sessions tailored to the specific interests and EHCP goals of each student.Relationship Building: Act as a mentor and educator, building the trust necessary to re-engage vulnerable learners.Transition Support: Work closely with our base school to facilitate the gradual reintegration of students into small group settings.Holistic Progress: Track academic achievement alongside social and emotional developmental milestones.Key RequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS: Essential.SEMH/ASC Expertise: Proven experience working with complex behaviours, sensory processing needs, and anxiety-based school ..... full job details .....
