The Role As an Outreach Teacher Deliver engaging, personalised tuition to children and young people with SEN. Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs. Support learners to develop their academic skills, confidence and independence. Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils. Work collaboratively with parents, carers, schools and other professionals where appropriate. Monitor and record pupil progress.
