      <description>Location: Walsall | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Outreach Support Worker to join our team, providing trauma-informed, person-centred support to women navigating pregnancy, pregnancy loss, parenting challenges, and the transition from custody back into the community. This role offers a unique opportunity to support women both within the prison system and following their release, helping them build confidence, independence, and brighter futures. About the Role:  As an Outreach Support Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support to women involved in the criminal justice system, helping them overcome barriers, access services, and successfully reintegrate into their communities. You will work closely with clients, families, prisons, statutory services, and community partners to deliver personalised support that promotes wellbeing, resilience, and positive outcomes.
