Outreach Support Mentor - Alternative ProvisionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced and compassionate Outreach Support Mentors to join a specialist alternative provision supporting secondary-aged young people who face barriers to accessing mainstream education.This rewarding role involves working directly with students who may require additional emotional, social, behavioural, or medical support to successfully re-engage with education and achieve positive long-term outcomes.The successful candidate will provide personalised mentoring and outreach support across a variety of settings, including educational environments, community locations, and family homes. You will play a key role in helping young people build confidence, develop resilience, and overcome challenges that impact attendance, wellbeing, and engagement.Due to the nature of this outreach-based role, regular travel between schools, family homes, and community locations is required.
