They are seeking SEN Mentors who can build strong relationships, provide structured support, and help individuals work towards their EHCP targets. Full training will be provided, including planning, assessment, and reporting. This provision operates outside of a traditional school setting, using community-based environments to encourage engagement, confidence, and personal development.
