This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine impact on pupils who require additional encouragement, stability, and guidance to engage in their education and personal development, both in school and within the wider community.Please note that, due to the nature of the role and the school''s location, candidates will need access to their own vehicle.Outreach Specialist - Role and Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 support to pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs, both in school and during outreach activitiesWork closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to support pupils who may struggle to engage in the classroom environmentSupport pupils in developing emotional regulation, resilience, and positive coping strategiesAssist with reintegration plans for pupils returning to school or transitioning into new settingsBuild positive relationships with pupils, families, and external agencies to support student wellbeing and progressContribute to monitoring pupil progress and communicating updates with staff and families Outreach Specialist - What We''re Looking For:Experience working with ..... full job details .....
