SEN Outreach Tutor - Camden 1:1 Tuition Flexible HoursSEND Autism (ASC) SEMH ADHD EBSA Location: Camden (North London and surrounding areas) Job Type: Part-time / Full-time Monday to Friday (Flexible) Salary: Competitive hourly rateSEN Outreach Tutor - Immediate StartNew Chapter Tuition is looking for experienced SEN Outreach Tutors to deliver 1:1 personalised tuition to children and young people aged 5-25 across Camden.You will support learners who are out of school, at risk of exclusion, or with additional needs, including Autism (ASC), SEMH, ADHD, and EBSA.This is a highly rewarding role where you will help students re-engage with education, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes.Sessions are delivered in homes, libraries, and community settings.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging 1:1 tuition sessions tailored to individual needsSupport learners with Autism, SEMH, ADHD, and complex needsPlan and adapt learning in line with EHCPsUse trauma-informed and nurture-based approachesBuild consistent, positive relationships with studentsTrack progress and complete session reportsLiaise with parents, schools, and local authoritiesRequirementsExperience working with SEN / SEND learners (essential)Experience in outreach / alternative provision / EBSA (desirable)Knowledge of the UK National CurriculumBackground as a Teacher, Tutor, TA, HLTA, or Mentor preferredPatient, resilient, and empathetic approachStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to work ..... full job details .....
