      <description>Location: Great Yarmouth | Salary: &amp;pound;21752 - &amp;pound;25424/annum | Type: Permanent | Outreach SEN HLTA -  Great Yarmouth/Lowestoft Region     Location:  Based in the Great Yarmouth/Lowestoft region with travel across East Norfolk and Suffolk  Hours:  Full-Time, Term Time Only  Pay:  £21,752 to £25,424  Start Date:   April/May 2026   Contract Type:  Permanent   We are looking for a confident, empathetic and dedicated Outreach SEN HLTA to support young people with SEMH needs across the Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft area. This role offers the chance to work beyond a traditional classroom setting and make a genuine difference to students who require a personalised, therapeutic approach to re-engage with education. This outreach role is influenced by the ethos and approaches seen across the Group. These specialist schools support learners aged 11 - 16 with complex SEMH needs and emphasise emotional development, creativity, positive relationships and tailored learning pathways. This includes the nurturing, personalised learning model reflected at our partner Schools in Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft.
