Overview
Outreach Recovery Coordinator – X2 positions available. Working hours: Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, with evening work (5pm–8pm) as needed. Location: 590 Seven Sisters Road, London, N15 6HR. This role is part of the Haringey Alcohol Service (HAGA) within the HARTS model, supporting clients into treatment and occasionally working at The Grove Drug Service.Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our vision is to break down barriers that stop people from getting support to live a life they value, tackling poverty and disadvantage in communities through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing and related support. We have almost 200 services around England with nearly 3,500 staff and volunteers who help around 125,000 people each year.Thanks for bearing with us while we integrate systems and processes after the merger. The jobs shown may still be branded as Humankind until the integration is complete.Salary information: the salary shown reflects the full earning potential for this role; starting salaries allow for pay progression within the pay band.Responsibilities
Deliver satellite provisions at co-locations such as GPs, probation services, hostels, and other community settings.Deliver harm reduction and brief interventions, and manage care planning, risk assessment, and case management for service users allocated to you.Hold a caseload with day-to-day client-facing work, using active listening and supportive engagement.About you / Qualifications
Experience of holding a caseload.Knowledge and/or experience of substance misuse.Experience supporting vulnerable people affected by alcohol and/or drug use.Comfort with lone working and working in a variety of settings.Relevant qualification in Health and Social Care.Proactive, empathetic, motivated, and committed to delivering high standards of care.Additional information
