Outreach Money Advice Caseworker - No Experience Required

We are looking for someone who genuinely wants to make a difference, previous money advice experience is not essential - we will provide the training and support required. If you are a natural problem solver, an excellent communicator, and someone who enjoys helping people overcome personal challenges - this could be the role for you! The Outreach Money Advice Caseworker will provide specialist money and debt advice to people experiencing financial hardship, with a particular focus on preventing homelessness, sustaining tenancies and supporting residents to achieve long-term financial stability. Using a relationship-based, person-centred approach, you will deliver outreach across Devon through home visits, community venues and flexible methods of communication, ensuring vulnerable residents can access the support they need.
