These settings focus on a child-centred and flexible approach, creating safe and supportive environments where learners can rebuild confidence and re-engage with education.The role is for a Tutor / Teacher on a flexible, long term basis, delivering outreach, home tuition and alternative provision. The successful Tutor / Teacher will work 1:1 with pupils with SEND, SEMH, medical needs or those experiencing school refusal, requiring strong engagement skills, adaptability and a consistent, relationship-led approach.
