This position involves working 5 days a week delivering tailored 1:1 interventions to students who require specialised academic, social, or emotional support outside of the traditional classroom environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver bespoke 1:1 intervention programmes focusing on core subjects (Literacy/Numeracy) or social-emotional learning (SEMH). Work flexibly across various educational settings or designated outreach learning spaces within the Accrington area. Adapt teaching and intervention materials to suit individual student learning styles and developmental needs. Track, record, and report student progress closely to senior leadership and external educational agencies.
