      <description>Location: Bristol | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Outreach Executive who is passionate about the mission of Smart Works Bristol and committed to helping more women access the support they need to secure employment.   This is a rare opportunity to join Smart Works Bristol at an exciting stage in our journey. As a new charity, we are recruiting our first Outreach Executive, giving you the chance to help shape the role from the ground up. You will play a pivotal role in developing our outreach strategy, building partnerships, and influencing how we grow our reach and impact in the years ahead.   In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners across Bristol and the South West, increasing awareness of our service and driving referrals.
