Job Purpose:

To provide high-quality, trauma-informed support to women who are experiencing or have experienced domestic abuse. The Outreach Worker will deliver one-to-one casework, safety planning, advocacy, and group support, ensuring that each woman''s individual needs are met through a comprehensive and empowering support plan.
