Outreach and Support Officer (Young People)

YES care about young people''s mental health, sexual health and wellbeing. The Outreach and Support Officer will deliver knowledgeable, high-quality, youth-centred support to young people in various settings. You will get out into the community via outreach engagement, offering groups, 121 support and workshops. You will be a key part of our Information and Guidance team, delivering wellbeing programmes for YES.
