Outreach & Access Coordinator

In the Outreach & Widening Access Co-ordinator role, you will:

• Developing and coordinating outreach and widening access activities and initiatives
  
• Building strong relationships with schools, colleges and community organisations
  
• Planning and delivering events, workshops and engagement activities
  
• Managing partnerships, contacts, budgets and associated administration
  
• Monitoring activity, preparing reports and using data to support future planning
  

To be successful, you will need:

• Experience in outreach, student recruitment, education or partnership development
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines
  
• Experience of planning and coordinating events or projects
  
• Confidence working with a range of organisations and audiences
  
• Good IT and administrative skills, with CRM experience desirable
  
• Flexibility to travel and occasionally work evenings and weekends 
• A DBS check will be required.

This is a full time role working 37 hours per week on a temporary period until end Dec 2026. You''ll be on an hourly rate of £13.50 per hour + holiday accrual and weekly pay.

You''ll be based in offices in Wrexham which is accessible via public transport and have parking facilities available too.
